Having two dogs can be difficult for me at times but when it comes to keeping the floor clean, I love them. They are always going around and eating anything on the floor. I feel like I never have to sweep. Today they did a heck of a clean up job on one of the dirtiest jobs of a mom. I was showering and Taylor was roaming the house, it was going to be a quick shower so I wasn't worried. When I got out I could hear Taylor talking down the hallway but I couldn't hear what he was saying and he wasn't responding when I asked if he was okay. So I decided to check things out. As I approached the end of the hallway I see Taylor's pants on the floor, then his pull up with poop skid marks, but no poop. I wondered where is Taylor and where is the poop. Taylor was found in the bathroom with the door shut and saying "yucky poo poo." I was sure I would find poop all over the bathroom and Taylor's hands all dirty. All I found was Taylor trying to wipe his bum. So, Where is the poop? Taylor didn't have an answer. I walked back out to look at the pull up and there are the two dogs, licking their chops and sniffing around looking for extras. The mystery poop in now (I am guessing) in their tummies. They did a great clean up job!
Really, I am very grossed out by this and put the dogs outside for a long time and gave them water, bones to chew on and some food to eat. Oh the joys of having dogs!

That's hilarious! I read some one's blog the other day and their daughter had taken poop out of the toilet and given it to the dog. I'm ok to be pet-less right now.
Yeah, dogs are gross. If we ever have any diapers around, they have to go outside immediately. Dylan will pull them right out of the trash and devour them. It's disgusting! (I'm with you on the floor clean-up thing, though. It's so nice when the kids have snack scraps all over just to let Dylan in and have him take care of it! That's one of the reasons I wanted another dog after Maverick died...my floor was a disaster!
That is hilarious. I never thought of using my dog as that type of clean up. No doggie kisses for a while. HA HA
That is awesome and so gross all at the same time!! I can't even wait to hear the drama once the twins come!! YIPPEE!!
Good laughs! Very grose and now we know not to let your dogs kiss the kids :-)
That is pretty gross. If it makes you feel any better I never have enough time to clean up spit-up because the cat always gets to it before I do. Not quite the same but still icky.
Oh my heavens!! So sick! Why are dogs not grossed out by poo!? Poor little Bogey & Drea! But, that's a pretty funny story Trace!! :) Good thing for dogs!! You've just gotta love em!! :)
